Canada's Matisse Julien continues to lead Ronde de l'Oise with one stage remaining

Team Ecoflo Chronos rider Matisse Julien is still in the lead after three of four stages at the Ronde de l’Oise in France. Julien took the win on the first stage, which was a 145.9-km race from Beauvais to Clermont. He then kept the leader’s jersey in the 2.2 race on Friday, by finishing in the bunch during the 181-km second stage from Breteuil to Margny-lès-Compiègne.

Stage 3 was a 189.9-km race from Andeville Le Plessis-Belleville. British rider William Tidball
(Saint Piran) took the victory, and Julien finished again in the bunch with his leader’s jersey.

Sunday’s final race, Stage 4, goes from Breuil-le-Sec to Liancourt for a total of 158.9km. The Ronde de l’Oise is an historic race in France, having been founded in 1954. Several well-known riders have raced or won it. In 2014, Tour de France stage winner Magnus Cort took the overall win.
