191 kilometers from the finish line, the UCI World Championships for the elite men in Glasgow have been halted. All riders are being held at the same point. At that location, the time recordings of the different groups are being taken. Once the protesters have been removed from the road, the race will resume.
According to the UCI, the four protesters will allow the riders to go on, but no team vehicles.
