They day’s breakaway (above) contained Canada’s Félix Bouchard, Alpecin-Deceuninck’s Luca Vergallito and Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe’s Filip Maciejuk. Canuck Philippe Jabcob was also in the early move, but fell out of the group with around 80 km to go.
