Giro d'Italia Stage 20 preview: A brutally hard TT

There are only two days to go in the Giro d’Italia and on Saturday the riders will take on a very tough TT. It’s 18.6 km but the last 8 km are all uphill.

Geraint Thomas showed Primož Roglič that he has the form to win, but there’s still one last test before the parade to Rome on Sunday.

Derek Gee is a great time triallist, but is the lumpy test something he can excel on? Surely his legs must be feeling it after so many days in the break?

The GC riders will be battling it out to keep their spots in the overall, but look for spoilers from riders who need a result to salvage their Giro too.
