Yves Lampaert is urging spectators to keep their dogs at home after a canine caused a crash during stage 12 of the Tour de France. Both he and Steven Kruijswijk of Team Jumbo Visma fell hard after a dog ran into the pack.
The poor puppy was excited by the riders riding by, then gets confused and scared as the cyclists swarm him. Thankfully only two riders fell, but one wonders how the poor dude felt afterwards, and if it was traumautized by the event.
