Remco Evenepoel won a two-up sprint against Pello Bilbao to claim a third career victory at Clásica San Sebastián.
The result means the Belgian is now the joint-record holder for most number of victories at the classic, despite being just 23 years of age.
Unlike his previous two victories here, this time he was unable to solo to victory, as Bilbao managed to stick to his wheel despite a searing pace set by Evenepoel on the final couple of climbs. But Evenepoel still had the edge in the sprint finish.
