Tips From Cycling Weekly to getting the best deals this Cyber Monday
Shop using Gift Cards – Dig out old unused gift cards from birthdays or even last Christmas. Now is an ideal time to use them before they expire or if you don’t have the cash.
Shop Around – This is an obvious one, you can only find the best deals if you know what everyone is offering.
Check the price – If you are shopping on Amazon this autumn check out camelcamelcamel, they track millions of Amazon prices. The tool will tell you the lowest price the item has been and if it was put up before the event. This way you know if it’s a good deal or not.
Read the reviews and do your research – Reviews can be an easy way to spot a good deal. Firstly, make sure your check our reviews, and if we have tested that product, if not, here are our 8 ways to spot if you can trust reviews on retailers websites:
Check to see recent reviews and see if anyone mentions big discounts or a lower RRP.
If a product only has five-star reviews, it’s likely not true.
Lack of detail in reviews and vague praise could mean bots or the retailer posting fake reviews.
