With the Olympic Games well underway, it’s almost time for the start of Manon’s favourite races – track cycling! We look at the favourites for each velodrome event, from world record holding Team GB and Denmark in the women’s and men’s team pursuit, to Olympic debutant Harrie Lavreysen, who takes on current champion Britain’s Jason Kenny in the men’s Sprint and Keirin.
With little racing taking place during the global pandemic, it’s extremely difficult to tell who will be in top form for the games, so it’s all to play for as we head into the next week of track cycling.
