As riders ramp up for another season of World Cup racing, Sepcialized Gravity met up at the brand’s California HQ to get ready for the season. For Specialized, that means headshots in new gear, motocross racing and, since this is still Specialized we’re talking about, aero testing.
Does aero testing make a difference to DH? Loic Bruni doesn’t sound 100 per cent convinced. And it probably won’t help when the World Cup lands in Whistler for the first time ever. But it can’t hurt, and the big red S has that wild wind tunnel room, so why not? Finn Iles, Bruni and Jordan Williams all take turns tweaking their speed tuck, ready for the Leogang motorway.
Check out what else goes in in California below. Then be ready for an early start to the World Cup in South Korea in March.
