Celebrating the release of Norco’s newly updated Rampage, Matt MacDuff, along with Norco Source Division’s fresh faces, Seb and Xav Harrisson put together an all-indoor edit from the North Shore Bike Park. For some reason it was shot on an old 90’s Sony VX 1000; and it definitely looks and feels like it. It almost makes you want to hit rewind after it’s done to play it again. Or bootleg the VHS so you can share it with your buddies. Ah, the good old days.
MacDuff
Matt MacDuff of course needs no introduction. Since his terrifying battle with the 40-foot loop he’s continued to redefine what’s possible on two wheels. He’s spent years as a builder, leaving his mark on legendary setups like DarkFest and some of BC’s most iconic bike parks. Then there’s his Big Air Compound in Kamloops; home to some of the world’s largest and gnarliest mountain bike jumps—a proving ground for progression.
The Rampage
The crew spent time dialing in lines on the newly updated Norco Rampage. With a geometry honed by Matt’s years of experience, the Rampage delivers smoother rides, balanced handling and confidence through transitions—perfect for both seasoned pros and riders leveling up. Matt shared not just the bike but his wealth of knowledge and the progression was immediate as the Harrisson brothers unlocked new tricks during filming.
The updated Norco Rampage distills two decades of dirt jumper expertise into a modern, purpose-built platform for big air, precision and control. Crafted with custom hydroformed aluminum tubing, the lightweight and stiff frame features virtually invisible welds for a sleek, seamless look that riders can rely on as they push their limits.
Designed for dirt jumps, pump tracks and skateparks, the Rampage features thoughtful frame updates, including slotted dropouts with low-profile chain tension adjusters, a tapered gyro-compatible head tube for added strength and increased tire clearance at the bottom bracket yoke. Precision geometry includes a super-low standover and shorter chainstays for sharper takeoffs and better in-air control. Available in three sizes and models.
