If you’re still stuck inside on the trainer, you may be wanting to mix things up by now. (Don’t worry, it will be spring before you know it.) But until then, here’s a cool thing to hit on Monday.
You can jump into a tough training ride with the Alpecin-Premier Tech at its.Team Camp on Zwift.
The third workout with Alpecin-Premier Tech
Workout 3 set for Monday at 1 p.m. EDT. The group session is led by Toronto’sNoah Ramsay and focuses on building smooth tempo power with short efforts near FTP. The five-week series invites riders to train virtually with the Alpecin-Premier Tech squad,. That includes guys like Jasper Philipsen and Kaden Groves and the great Mathieu van der Poel.
Each workout mirrors the team’s structured training, giving participants a taste of the rhythm, pacing and discipline behind the WorldTour program.
Ride with Ramsay
Ramsay, of course, actually got onto the Alpecin-Premier Tech devo team through impressive rides at the Zwift Academy. Since then, he’s proven he’s a formidable rider in Europe–despite very little road racing before.
It’s his second year with the team. Although he rides for the Continental squad he has on several occasions ridden up with the WorldTour team. And he’s done pretty darn well.
In 2025, he was fifth at the Gran Premio New York City, and 16th on the GC at the Région Pays de la Loire Tour. That race was won by Kévin Vauquelin of (INEOS Grenadiers.)
The 23-year-old cyclist just missed the podium at Stage 1 of the Kreiz Breizh as well. His 2026 start to the season wasn’t perfect. Back in February, his first race of the year, the Etoile de Bessèges, he crashed, breaking his elbow. After surgery, he recovered and is riding again.
